Dell M. Hamilton: All Languages Welcomed HERE

“All Languages Welcomed HERE” is Dell M. Hamilton's first solo exhibition and encompasses a panel discussion on the relationship between trauma, art and resilience, an artist talk entitled “The Body, The Visual”, along with the debut of a mixed-media series, called “Punta: Pregunta”.  

Dell Marie Hamilton es una artista interdisciplinaria, escritora y curadora independiente cuyos proyectos incluyen charlas de artistas, presentaciones en solitario y trabajos de colaboración que se han presentado a una amplia variedad de audiencias en Nueva York en Five Myles Gallery, Panoply Performance Lab y MOCADA. como en el área de Nueva Inglaterra en Hubweek, MIT, Boston University, Massachusetts College of Art & Design, Mount Holyoke College, Museum of Fine Arts / Boston, ICA / Boston y RISD Art Museum. Trabajando a través del rendimiento, el video, la instalación, la pintura y la fotografía, usa el cuerpo para investigar las construcciones sociales y geopolíticas de la memoria, el género, la historia y la ciudadanía.


Dell Marie Hamilton is an interdisciplinary artist, writer and independent curator whose projects include artist talks, solo performances and collaborative work which has been presented to a wide variety of audiences in New York at Five Myles Gallery, Panoply Performance Lab, and MOCADA, as well as in the New England area at Hubweek, MIT, Boston University, Massachusetts College of Art & Design, Mount Holyoke College, the Museum of Fine Arts/Boston, the ICA/Boston, and the RISD Art Museum. Working across performance, video, installation, painting, and photography, she uses the body to investigate the social and geopolitical constructions of memory, gender, history, and citizenship.
